One of the iPhone applications, Hottest Girls used to supply photos of nude girls and top less women in various poses. that was rightly considered as porn by Apple and the application was removed within days by Apple from its Apple Store. Although the developer of the application claimed initially that the application has been removed from the Apple Store at his desire as he was getting unmanageable amount of requests on his server. But as per the latest reports, Apple has confirmed that that claim was a misleading statement and had no trust to it.
When being asked by the Apple as to how such an application was initially allowed to seem on the Apple Online Store website, it was commented by the company officials that when the application was originally permitted, no such adult subject matter was available on it.
It has been once again stressed by Apple that inappropriate subject matter would not be deliberately circulated by any mechanism by Apple. It is taken care of that Apple no way propagates or encourages any sort of pornographic composition or inappropriate substance. In situations such as that where the developer turns the application into a pornographic application through its server after being approved by Apple, stringent measures would be adopted by Apple for such applications and developers.
This constitutes a violation of the terms and conditions for hosting or offering any application on the Apple Online Store. The fans and customers are impressed by that step and are having an even higher regard for Apple after that.
