New house on the agenda for Jobs

The past week has been a splendid one for Apple C. E. O. Steve Jobs. Not only did he recover from a liver transplant and returned back to office after an nearly 6 month stretch of medical conditions, he additionally got the approval for building his dream house. Jobs had tried to obtain the permission for renovating his present house for a towering instance. His present house incidentally was an 84 year old villa of worth 3.5 million dollars. Originally that house belonged to the copper tycoon Daniel Jackling. Due to that reason, the permission was constantly being denied to him. Jobs was therefore not residing in the house after 2000 considering of being not granted the permission.

However, Steve Jobs was granted the permission to demolish and rebuilt his dream house by the authorities in 2001. Even after that, the dream house never saw reality as there were some petitions filed by local

historians and the Supreme Court ordered a certiorari against the permission and shattered the dream house even before it was built.

Although that seems to be harsh on the first look, the Supreme Court accepted the plea of Steve Jobs and granted him the permission to shift the house as it is to another location and soon after construct his dream house on the original location.

As per the latest reports, the last week has proved lucky for Jobs for more than one reason. In addition to coming back to office after a six month gap, he plus found Gordon Smythe of Propel Partners for dismantling the house and rebuilding it on another piece of property. Thus the towering awaited dream house of Steve Jobs might finally see day light in some days duration after the initial shifting and rebuilding of the old house is done by the Propel Partners.
